My focus on consulting is leadership development. I have spent the last 25 years in this arena both as an internal and external change agent. Of course, leadership development does not occur in a vacuum. It must have a supportive culture and a vision for constant improvement. This is why I work at all levels; organizational, team and individual. And, I am a big believer that we must develop the whole-being. The old adage: leave your personal problems at the door; is just that, OLD. We know now that no one can do that. We must meet the individual where they are and help move them forward. That is true development.
