As  a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, I am committed to creating a global conversation on courage, vulnerability, shame, and empathy, and strive to help organizations, leaders and individuals become more authentic and resilient in the process. Through the use of experiential workshops (customized and public) and in-depth coaching conversations we can create a more creative, engaged and connected way of living and leading and strengthen all of our relationships.

For Organizations

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead is an empirically based courage-building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.  The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. As a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator  I focus on developing these courage-building skills through workshops, trainings and coaching to help individuals, teams and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership. The material is generally presented in a 3 days and can even be done virtually. However, based on the needs of your organization, we can work to develop a program that meets your specific needs and time frames.

For Individuals and Groups (non-corporate organized)

The Dare to Lead™ for individuals and groups workshop focuses on helping individuals and leaders bring more courage, compassion and connection to how they live, love, parent and lead. During this program, we closely examine the different elements of human connection (i.e., trust, compassion, empathy, vulnerability, shame/shame resilience), allowing participants to consider what they need to do to show up as the best possible version of themselves.

We will delve into these topics and complete experiential activities so that the learning travels from your head, to your heart and out through your hands. This is how true learning is achieved!
